How can i remove Norton 360 2.0 version from my computer system?
My laptop has never connected online since i install the Norton 360. its close to six months now...guys help me!!

6 months without taking action? well, unistalling/ removing programs is a process that is simple n will take you less than 5 mins.

go to:

start/control panel/programs/unistall program...... then select the program you wanna remove from the drop down list and follow instruction as prompted.

The problem is not Norton 360. It has no connection issues. It could be your firewall or permission setting. You sound computer illiterate. Why not ask an expert?
