What I was bringing out in that long story is the fact that the mind must be involved for one to reach that point of losing control.

The man carrying the bag can NOT reach that level because he has control of his mind in the sense that:

1) He knows that whatever is rubbing against him is an inanimate object as opposed to luscious warm booty.

2) He is not thinking about the rubbing that’s going on. His mind is focused on something else.

Hence my argument, he cannot get that excited to the point of cuming unless his mind is in it.

Hence my other argument that the matatu incident was avoidable if he stopped concentrating so much on the butt that was oh pressing him, how nice and soft it felt, all the vibrations etc.

Still guilty as hell!

Sasa Frag are you not shooting your foot, Ok your not, yes his mind is in it, but your honour as you shall clearly see, it has been forced to be in it.

My learned friend , Remember your example covers only one sensual attack - feel or touch. This guy is experiencing at least 3, feel, sight, smell (all in intesity) and am sure when the mat is jerking and breaking she is uttering some inaudibles , which his feeble mind at this point can misconstrue.

Si kuna kitu mnaita 'extenuating circumstances' in law, he can swith off one but you know with senses, suppress one and the others remaining compensate.

So please find the accused, and beaten up brother not guilty your honour

Just because you've always done it that way, doesn't mean its not incredibly stupid.

Sasa, you know men see women in different ways, kuna wale attractive na wale wanakaa kama KBS ina rudi reverse, so ndio uchokozwe lazima kwanza you are attractive (to the satisfaction of the one chokozaing you ) which is a plus at this point

sasa amongst the attractive kuna approachable and non-approachable, you will find those who are a feminised hitler, yaani too stern, seems like they have a cactus up their behind

Sasa kuna wale approachable but caution is written all over, anakaa volatile

then kuna the inoocent look, huyu hakai hata ana sauti, hata akiscream hawezi jisikia.

Uko wapi??. Am not expecting an answer here BTW

P.S. I dont terrorise women but then sadomasochism is rampant, let me not shelve the idea completely

Unless prosecution rests its case (and I don’t see that happening) that man has always been guilty, is guilty and will remain guilty. If you continue insisting you might be held in contempt. This honorable court might even be forced to think you are avidly defending your kind.

I advise that you admit guilt then the court can look at those mitigating factors while considering lenient sentence.

Or you and I can go for a cup of coffee and I will let this matter rest. Call it plea bargain and it’s a deal.

Hii statement yako ya kuchange, patience iki run out imefanya nifikirie gremlins, those sweet teddy-bear-look-like animals that turn really nasty zikiguswa na maji, then zinamultiply bila mpango. Ulifanya A.S.S. African Short Stories? There was one story called "A man can try" If I was the author ningeongeza "and will always try!".

Unajua most of you women love the men your with because they never stop trying, even if they fail, they will always find a way, halafu mnawakasirika at the same characteristic you admire them for

Also cant help but remember 'Dallas' when I see your handle
