Yet another innocuous discussion gets drawn into tribal vittriol. When are we ever going to learn? Stereotypes might be funny when we share them in jokes but when you come out and start saying "si u just know how xyz tribe is'' u just sound silly. esp when it turns out the person you are slamming is not even remotely rorm the tribe you are hurling abuses at.
Back to the matter at hand, now one seems to have come out to corroborate or deny the stories that came out about saroni. It would be a blemish on other kenyans trying to do business out there; yet another hurdle for the entepreneur in the diaspora...

LOL when I read ati the guy had run off with school fees, I couldnt help but laugh out very loud. I think that's a typical Kenyan trait. It is a curse. I mean this fella was doing well. He had a business doing well that would have run for years and supply him a comfortable life. He was still not content and decided to do it the kenyan way. Altho Mwolovi took a tribal angle, it is no secret this trait is what led to the collapse of parastatals and the kenyan economy. Still not sure if Mudavadi, Kamotho or Saitoti are Kales though. LOL. Only mistake is this is not Kenya where baba na mama will let him chugua bure.
I sure hope Obama has none of this trait in him. He could end up selling Alaska to Canada to buy hundreds pairs of sneakers or sthing.
FYI, Ole Saroni is a Kalenjin as far as I know although it is possible he could be another Saitoti masquarading. If that helps to decide which tribe to muddy.
