I have this unsettling feeling that there was some kind of foul play with the Myanmar tragedy, akin to the Katrina hurricane. For example, why didn't the officials in Myanmar adequately warn people of the impending cyclone?? It reeks like yet another one of the many depopulation strategies by D.Cheney et al. Such natural disasters that are artificially controlled are those of sufficient magnitude to control though.

you must be joking,you cant alter in any way disasters of such magnitudes.what developed worlds do is risk analysis;they assess the risks(the likelihood and magnitude of potential natural calamities),

they then put management measures ,such as setting building standards in high risk areas or building of shelters and monitoring these events before they hit the land or build up destructive forces

finally they pass the above info. to people,and this way the consequences of this events are minimized

otherwise stating that tornado or a cyclone, earth quake e.t.c can be altered by man in any way is pure imagination

if we know how they are formed ,then we can at some level interfere
Can a man create shock waves enough to cause Katrina? Is it possible to make rain? is it possible to chase rain away? if the answer is yes then..........
