I wear sunglasses anytime of the day any time of the year got a problem? That's why am different I guess!
I wear contacts and my eyes gotta be wet at all times, the sunglasses are important to protect my eyes from the wind that makes them dry. I wear sunglasses at night sometimes but not too many time
They are MY sunglasses whether I wanna wear them in the dark or in the rain is my darn problem! I dislike it when people appoint themselves fashion police in my life lol
Guys there is no rule to anything in life, live life and enjoy it. If you have a fckin rule to everything, you will die boring!

I have an eye doctor am sure he would have told me if there were "eye wear" to protect contact lenses from the wind hence drying up without the use of eye drops lol.
Saying "sun" glasses are just for the sun is being a bit too literal considering it has so many other names like shades, darks etc. Is toyota highlander for highlands only? Is the car wind shield for wind only? If you catch my drift...
If I can see in the dark with sun glasses what's everyone's friggin problem? You know what I mean?
Fashion is subjective, maybe fashion to me is wearing sunglasses at night ( I don't do this often but I have no problem with it) so what? Its not about being mshamba cuz nobody beats me at fashion and being trendy and classy. This is about letting people do what they freakin want

It would be kinda awkward to buy a highlander when you live in a place with flat terrain and you don't travel that much, it's possible but not logical just like sunglasses the names darks and shades are slang for what are and always will be at the end of the day sun glasses so using them in the dark IS possible but isn't logical but like I said you are a special case with your lenses so cool.. whatever blows up your trendy skirt luv
p.s if your opthamologist has no other options for you then I guess I may just be talking layman...

I am talking generally about people always complaining that manze cheki huyo dame/chali amevaa sunglasses kwa hao or amevaa nje na hakuna jua etc.
I feel that people are always so quick to judge and point out "wrongs" in other people to make themselves look good or feel accomplished. You never know why the person chose to wear the sunglasses, maybe they are photosensitive or can't stand bugs or just cuz of the sun or the wind like in my case. I mean why is somebody else feeling my pain of wearing the sunglasses as if we share eyes...that's what buffles me. Why do people care so much?
Toyota highlander...I live in a pretty plateau state but everyone in my frigging neighborhood drives a toyota highlander. Its just a name, you can drive an SUV anywhere not just highlands and long distance Maybe I got 8 kids u know?
I still insist that people should be left to wear whatever they feel like without being pressurized to conform to the "norms" of the society as long as they feel comfortable...my 2 cents!

Note: The Highlander Hybrid is not designed to be driven off-road.
Toyota strives to build vehicles to match customer interest and thus they typically are built with popular options and option packages. Not all options/packages are available separately and some may not be available in all regions of the country. If you would prefer a vehicle with no or different options, contact your dealer to check for current availability or the possibility of placing a special order.
The Highlander is designed to meet most off-road driving requirements. Abusive use may result in bodily harm or damage.
my bad
still don't make sense to wear sun glasses in the dark surely... and unlike the highlander sun glasses were meant for sun....

whats the tint on them for if it was designed for wind and all the other things you listed? yes they do help with that too, when you're out, during the DAY, in the sun or say a bright DAY, those cloudy bright days, know what I mean? BUT that was not what they are intended for on that note i'm going on to google to make sure i don't pull a "highlander"....

AHA! Wikipedia comes to the rescue:
Sunglasses or sun glasses are a visual aid, variously termed spectacles or glasses, which feature lenses that are coloured or darkened to prevent strong light from reaching the eyes.
Many people find direct sunlight too bright to be comfortable, especially when reading from paper in direct sunlight. In outdoor activities like riding, skiing and flying, the eye can receive more light than usual. It has been recommended to wear these kind of glasses whenever outside to protect the eyes from ultraviolet radiation, which can lead to the development of a cataract. Sunglasses have also been associated with celebrities and film actors primarily due to the desire to mask identity, but in part due to the lighting involved in production typically being stronger than natural light and uncomfortable to the naked eye.
...and I ain't never seen no production lights at the club.
Wow, you make people miserable and there's nothing they can do about it! Just like God.

@suga kod spice
U just think they are sunglasses because that might be what u know . Ever considered that they might be glasses with night-viewing capability hence they are worn in the dark ?
Ever considered that some of those people might be legally-blind hence having to wear dark glasses 24-7-365 ?
