Is this list the real one?

i-figure the language of accusation on that list is so weak!!

A third-rate lawyer could exonerate the accused anyday

It maybe real but I just wanted to point out one fallacy. They said John Pesa MP Migori constituency said some visitors had taken the businesses of local people and named them as "oriah". The author claims oriah means (somalis, kikuyus and kisii). Thats not true. Oria is a somali/walalo eish

Hey dear,

Now I can see why the "genocidal tyrants" aren't scared. That list borders on hearsay. The language used is so weak (maybe the evidence)— that my grandma (not a lawyer) could represent Uhuru and come out shining

That is not a list of shame

That is a list— that shames the listers

President Kibaki- Own up.

Are you really the commander-in-chief? If you are

Grow some Nuts!!

You embarrass me

You idiot

Shame On You Cowards

This is very serious, an MP who died sometimes in early 2008 would in his spirit go to address a crowd in November 23rd 2009

Oops, we are talking of the future here...... Matrix reloaded

Tihehehehe! Were u not among those raining brim on me a few months ago when I stood my ground that the only evidence people have are emotions? Almost nothing on dry ground?

People died-Check.
It was wrong-Check.

Our political leadership, if they are working for Kenya indeed should take responsibility.

Kibaki & Raila: One stole the vote, the other refused to concede.

What Kenya needs are strong institutions. Currently, with this dramatic Ocampo entries and exits, all we are doing is aiming at the leaves of a problematic tree. We need to aim the saw at the root

Institutions need to be strengthened. The current 40 thieves and their cockswains will not do it. A massive youth movement should be in motion to eject all past and current thugs sitting their shrivelled balls in public office. Those who cling to power: shoot to kill. Period.

Me thinks ICC will disappoint very many people. Will Ocampo march Kameme/KASS FM to ICC?

Kwanza hio impunity...these cats have money to pour for their defense.

Ok, am not legally schooled, yet. But is impunity a human rights violation?

Where is JOH and Redi?

While they are pouring money, I hope they will be off-the-payroll. Off, their ministerial duties.

That's the only silver lining I can see in this cloud

Even though I am cognizant of the fact that this cloud may never form Who doesn't know that?

Rains never seem to fall again in Happy Valley. Or, do they?

If they ever did, would we be stretching our begging bowls right now?, Panhandling?
