I have a question for you and Okie can comment too.

For the longest time Okie posted here and even had tiffs with one person or the other as it happens in mashada. There has always been beef here, for those who like it, from Kemi to MUK, frag, Grip, Sanaa...you name them.

I am asking this because Okie rarely contributes in the politics section, so it definitely not about her political stand, which she wouldn't have anyways not being in Kenya. But some time back using a different handle, you started insinuating that she is attacked because she is a foreigner, as its done now - infact up to that point, no one knew who she was, no one cared I believe.

Am just wondering why, when fracas flies between 2 handles, and its identified one is foreign, the call becomes, We have trouble dealing with non kenyans?? Its actually this comments that have sunk mashada.

There is a japanese here, and the handle is beefed like any other, if it was to be known that its a swahili speaking japanese, would it be right to claim they are unwanted as foreigners.

I wonder whether Okie and her experience really believes, she is beefed for being a foreigner or by virtue of her stand and comments. I really would love to hear her views on this.

And also, am curious why no one claims the same for my pal Nat - Who has never hidden her background and I have seen her fight even Kenya mama's here, she has also been fought. Is it about the personalities and differing opnions or about the nationalities - Mashada lets get back on track, as someone said - its becoming boring!!

Mashada has lost lustre because of 'divisive' stands. It has got so bad, and someone did a systematic implantation of the idea, that a normal post cannot be debated because once someone has an opposing view the next question is - Whats your other handle? or 'you must be so and so'. Why would I care who you are? Its a discussion board, as long as you are on track on the topic, lets move on, your multiple personalities worry me not.

I have always ignored this 'foreigners' call but today I just had to ask. Probably because being part of the mashada community, am bundled with the 'foreigner' haters. Something I detest and am not.
