Well, that's why it's tricky buying stuff that has wordings that you don't understand. anyway, the catch here is to understand what some of the words mean.

'pweza' is an octopus. and an octopus has many arms, but does it have ears? well I don't think so. so I assume that the saying would mean:

No matter how much I try to talk to you, you won't listen.

I hope that will suffice.
