I was discussing with a friend of mine about the issue of Migingo. The question is, What is the name of this place. Is it Migingo or Mijingo. In the surveying maps its "Migingo" which is a Kenyan name, mijingo is most likely a Ugandan name. Why pay millions of shillings to surveyors to locate where Kenya is? we have people dying of hunger Mr. President and our beloved MP.
