We shouldn't be surprised that Kibaki has "changed" his mind about the whole P.M deal. After all, we have read this book before! Haven't we witnessed the regression of the former "saved' Zambian dictator Chiluba after being heralded as new hope for democracy when he beat Kaunda? Kibaki is a first class A-hole! Why would he be any different than Moi? The dumb-aSs worked for Moi for eons. he is a product of that old f'ucked up system!
