What's so disturbing ?

Take a look at whats happening in Diani. Plenty of Kenyans following foreign white men or women. A good amount is commercial sex. But most of it is the business of creating marriage opportunities. Go for an hour on Floor 9 of the NSSF building in Mombasa and count how many mixed marriage applicants pass through the civil marriage office.
