True story. We had just arrived huku Seattle, Wa and I had started going to school. On the first day the last lesson reached. I go into the classroom and I sit next to this guy. I say hi, he says hi and we start talking. It probably took us ten minutes to figure out we were both Kenyan. I was so shocked. What are the odds of two Kenyans sitting side by side in Wa. He figured out I was Kenyan because I kept on using the word 'ati'! I couldn't tell he was Kenyan sababu his accent had changed!
btw, I still haven't gotten over the use of small words like ati, hebu etc.

Met this kiuk zack sweeping the roads in central london... he said to me, "You see this job i'm doing? It has put my kids through private school and some are in uni. Strange thing is they don't know what i do."
