It is extremely disturbing that you feel this way about your own Race! If you do not like black people or people of african descent as yourself,then truly you have issues with your self esteem and self value. Well im mixed black (namibian) and white (german) and i can kind of see where she is coming from...........i do think i got the best of both worlds but also the worst.........and i dont mean it in a racist way....just that i too wish people would stick to their own race, not because i side with any particular side ( i love both white and black equally) but because for someone as sensitive as me, growing up mixed was hell, you get the open minded people from both races who accept and love us mixed people for no matter what, then you get the ignorant ones (ans they seem to be around much more) that have allot of ****ty remarks to make and just pe low lifes.......and it comes form both white and black...growing up in the apartheid system (this was both in south africa an namibia) ive had white people push me to the side and make me feel like im scum, and ive had black people say **** like dont get to close to that mixed one, the white might rub of on us......and the black girls used to hate cause their boyfriends would alwasy try to holla and the white girls would hate becaus once again...their boyfriends would try to holla...... I do love who i am and i think i am beautifull, smart, friendly and loving and all my close friends and anyone ive ever dated, whether it worked out or not still love me to death....but i do sometimes catch myself wishing i was just one race......(in this case i would probably have prefered to be just black) but like i said i love both races...........

I'm mixed too. Dad being Kenyan. I was born and raised in Kenya, and I will die in Kenya. As far as I'm concerned I am Kenyan, regardless of skin colour. I've gone to many Kenyan schools, and 'pointees' generally consider themeselves black with a white parent. Not the other way around.

That is the beauty of Kenya, I'm part white and whenever someone asks what my nationality is I say Kenyan and they accept me as Kenyan. They ask me if I'm black or white, and I say I'm black, and they accept me as black. Try to do that in the U.S, lets say you're mixed and say you're white. You'll be considered a fool.

I was asked to choose nationalities between Kenya and U.S. and to me it was a no brainer, I'm Kenyan. Like I tell everyone, I did not choose Kenya, Kenya chose me.

And to those Pointii haters, don't judge me because I happen to have the same two races this person has. Most mixed people consider themeselves Kenyan.

This idiot will never know what it means to be Kenyan, it's actually kind of sad. I can't imagine how that must feel. Kenya untill I die.
