Just keep hiding in the makaratasi till the truck crosses over the border to canada then emerge and sprint into the nearest bushes. From there, find the nearest pay phone and dial 1-800-collect to the nearest travel agency and buy a ticket, na urudi hivyo tu, na makaratasi

Omogaka oyo, If you don't have too long to wait until your "things" are finalized, What's the rush?. Unless it's an emergency, I would suggest you chill. On the other hand, I know a lot of people who have used those travel documents and they had no problems. In fact, I have two buddies who checked in this week from Kenya and they were in your shoes. It's really up to you to figure out how bad you have to go because there IS a degree of risk involved. Anytime you try to re-enter the country without citizenship of permanent residency, nothing is guaranteed because remember those guys at the port of entry DO NOT have to let you in. Haven't you heard of the many people who have been frozen even on student status?

Default parole..i did it - 01-24-2002, 10:57 PM

It is actually quite simple, There is a form you fill from your local INS office stating the reason why you need to go home..my mum was sick at the time. I paid $90 application fee and got it stamped the same day. You would not believe how easy it was and my makaratasi were pending at the time .
When i arrived back to the at the point of entry the custom guy stamped it, paroled indefinitely (which he explained to me that i could travel back and forth for the life of the parole paper) I believe they are good for one year

so jaribu ... i actually did it
