Just wondering, what was your most difficult or interesting moment due to foreign accents?

Asking my friends..."do you want to go to the "Beach" today?" Needless to say they heard "B.I.T.C.H."

Calling a Squirrel "SQUIROLL" instead of "SQUIRL"

Calling a cat "*****"

Meeting a Kenyan chile who had just landed 2 days before and was wenging like crazy.

Till this day Kenyan girls with American accents are major turn-offs to me since I consider them fake.

I could never go out with any one of them I might as well date a true american woman who doesn't have to fake the accent.

Ohh one more thing, the first time my friend and I got here, we went to a McD and my friend was like, can we get some "Tomato sauce". The black lady rudely replied that they didn't sell the sauce and we would have to go to a grocery shop. My friend meant "Ketchup" which he saw other people using.

even more bizarre is not just the accent but new vocabulary and demeanor with a very heavy home tongue.
