If they are sinister, be even more sinister. Be very sweet on the outside but as deadly as cobra venom on the inside.

Send a memo documenting your concerns to your immediate supervisor, but copy his/her supervisor and a couple of people up the chain of command. By so doing, you will be using the right channel but giving the problem the attention it deserves by making other people aware of it. Keep a copy of the memo.

LOL@ Mdeja....

Believe it or not, its small things like that which will get to them...At every available and proper opportunity, make sure the other 7 people are commended and rewarded appropriately, under no circumstances should you even let these 2 reprobates enjoy any of these benefits....Rule them with an iron rod and as long as you keep a paper trail of what they're up to, you can always justify leaving them out of stuff...It will get to them.

Since you mentioned about the makaratathi, I would advise against follwoing my earlier suggestions of unleashing for your boss with his superiors....That's a plot that can backfire....However, there's still a million way to skin a cat.

They are like Kids seeking attention. You keep doing your thing and eventually, they will realize they are close to being terminated so it will be a case of either towing the line or quitting .Either way, its good riddance

This is #### that happens everywhere. African Americans dislike African coz they think we are here to take over their jobs for less pay. Technically this is true coz we come here to make a better life and we start with small salaries. Everywhere that I worked so far it was the African Americans who would "discrimintae" me the most. But all I can tell U is that unless this is what U need for the rest of Ur life dont stress over it. Ignore the guy. If Ur immediate boss complains about the work production of Ur unit then talk to him/her. Let them know that it is not Ur doing tht this #### is happening. If they dont want to listen to U then U can sue the lazy bum and also sue the company for discrimination. All U have to do is go to these labour lawyers and U'll get a good deal.
In the mean time do your job as well as U can nad ignore the stupid bum.
