If you dont have the makaratasi.....document all those encounters. its not illegal to record someone, so long as you record your voice too(so u can claim to be recording yourself). When you take your grivances to the boss, do so in written word. If it really affects the productivity of the department...set them up against each other(head games). You can do that by using other employees, and when the problem is out....produce reasons why u feel those two should be let go. Please dont get confrontational, but dont let anyone get on yah face.
If you have the papers.....tighten things up by following all the rules and policies of the company on book. In both cases dont forget to recomend those doing a good job all the times. If things heat up just follow and consult the chain of command.

Hell no...never never quit. Keep the ball rolling as i told you. Even the good ones all want your job, so for your survival set them up, and later weed the most notorious easily. Never take work conflicts personal....back stabbing is a norm especially with akatas.Man you are fighting for your bread....they are all potential threats...hakuna ubeste

thanx for all your suggestions folks.

I would hate to quit my job to make this two people happy.

As for the documentation. I already have a paper trail of everything that goes on at jobo.

but since i dont have working makaratasi i guess i just have to lay low and keep my eyes open.

If you do not have working papers you had better be very careful cauz things can be used against you! Lay low...very low!
Sad that they will never really respect you unless you have backing from your boss and the ability to actually threaten them and make good of your threat. I guess that is life with no papers...
As for people saying that you should not take it personally, you will be surprised how much stress at work can affect you cauz it is part of your life and environment and all that negativity affects you in one way or the other. :(

It is illegal to record someone's converstation with or without your voice on it, if you have not informed that person that you are recording them!!! Come on on now, you all telling me that you do not know that? Why was the evidence that Linda Tripp had against Monica/Clinton, not used? Coz she taped without letting Monica know that she was doing it. Whether it is a tape recorder or a phone conversation, it will not be used, unless on the tape you have told the person that they are being recorded!!! So do not do that for your own sake!

If you don't have working makaratasis, then its a different story altogether.

If I were you, I would quit, because there is no need to put yourself under so much stress for nothing.

Alternatively, I would lie low and ignore these people and damn the company performance. Its not MY company! All I want is the dollar, right???

But I would still keep a record of the goings-on.

If you have no makaratasi, do not quit but lay low unless you have another job already lined up. It is not easy to get a decent job with all these things going on right now.
