i love kenya coz its the only place where cops undergo metarmorphoses. during the day they r cops but at nite they r robbers.

it is the only place u can steal a vest in gikomba and be stoned to death.

It is also where people complain of filthy streets and then proceed to litter the same streets with all manner of garbage.
It is the only place you will find people spending their hard earned money to watch the funny imitations of those who steal and kill them everyday.
It is also the only place you will find persons looting with impunity and then proceed to lavish themselves with any number of very expensive vehicles. This same people then neglect to build the roads necessary to drive the cars on.
It is also the only place where you will find the glorification and near worship of thieves, murderers, conmen and persons who have nothing but malice to offer.
It is the only place where the good people outnumber the bad and yet the bad always seems to prevail. Thanks to the inactivity of the good.
It is the only place where people expect protection and security from the police but fail to provide him with the tools necessary to do his work. All they offer is indifference to his plight and contempt his person.

Its the country where robbers invade a bank, lead the hostages in singing hymns, deliver a sermon about earthly possesions, collect sadaka(loot), give the watchie fare home and just before leaving, they invite everyone in the building to a celebratory bash at a club downtown.
I love this country.

4. It is the only country where people believe in wearing suits even though they serve tea.
5. Its the only country where you cant have a stretch Limo cause it will be confiscated by the Presidential Security aid.

Kenya is the only place where you can walk out of your office for lunch smartly dressed in a suit only to be accosted by some strange (as in never-seen-b4-in-your-life) poverty stricken chick who swiftly tupas her kiddo in your arms and proceeds to rain blows at you wailing "baba mtoto!Pesa! Tuna njaa! wwoooiii mtoto wako hajakula ata karibu kakufa!'" and then get disaproving looks from passers by waiting no EXPECTING you to come up with a good REASON (not excuse)for neglect as well as part with some $$$(shida gani? si you are wearing a sharp lookin suit? Ala?)...Did i say passers by?I ment udakus who decide to pose/camp there as if their office has closed at 12:30!

Kenya is the only place where if they were to put their heads together, mboches could all walk out on every household,go out and form a telecommunications company......and it would be successful! Please don't boil the lettuce!
