RE: EX-LAVINGTON PRIMO -

whats up to simiyu (same year xpt i can't put a face to the name) i've been cracking up over back in the day stuff that people remember..couldn't help but pitch in. my earliest memory goes back to mrs senagi bambo lea (evening classes). i was the playful kind..kati, hopscotch, bladder, shake, spinning on the poles (what was up with that??)fondest memories are after exams...total anarchy, closing day parties aka flirting sessions, mandazi/samosa sandwitch, adventures down the hill near the haunted house, ymca swimming (being pushed into deep end...bamboo stick) and the chipos afterwards. remember making drums out of those stinky cow hides...what of the petticoats, pajamas, stools...drama club and the traditional dancing...shout out to 8N (chops!) charles kimani, his pal-my deski andrew (anderi), salome, mugweru, ivy anyone, lynette, david angatia, the embalambalas, peter ndetei, connie ouno, jim wafula (major crash of mine back then), i could go on & on........

That TA Mrs. Senangi babo never taught me lakini my sis used to complain about her. She was crazy.
Who kumbukas that church that was near the school just at the junction coming to chuo from Valley.
Then there were some NYS(National Youth Service guys that used to do training at Lavington Green Shoppi near that kam green grocer. There was a ka field there.
Halafu the video library where we used to go and zoob at movie posters. The wahindis running it knew we weren't going to borrow any videos so they stopped us from browsing the catalogue for free.
