Speaking as a man who is in that situation, its not 'our' fault. Some of us just finish quickly ... foreplay or no foreplay.

If its just about sexual satisfaction, i'd go with the advice of 1. Clande. 2. Toys. If its more sensitive than that, please refer her to Dr Frank Njenga.
