I can speak for my boyfie who I know for a fact would never ever cheat on me. From how he explains it, men have 2 "brains." A penis brain and the real brain. The former reacts to anything that's pretty and pleasing to the eye. But that's as far as it goes because the real brain "kicks in" and overrides the temptation to take things further.
