you nailed that one; David Kobia stole a concept and used open source API. This has been done numerous times and it is quite easy.Now the guy who first came up with the concept made tonnes of money and was even hired by google to assist with the google maps API. David Kobia just uses third party software as his own. Mashada is run on vbulletin software.But not to sh1t all over Ushahidi; i think the jamaa who implemented this is quite innovative
