He was not appointed with a view of him solicitating ideas from any ojuang', kamau and ruto. He was appointed to deliver services to all..
Chamiboy is not Kajuang's think tank. It would be good if the minister can get ideas from outside his box by using others' ideas (Outside the box = outside his skull) but he needs to start somewehere.
Otherwise any fool can be made a minister because there are people out there to think for the guy.
