Only God can give life!! thats a debatable statement depending on what you believe God to be, why do we find it hard to want to believe that their is a very real chance that Satan is Gods equal in many things, despite the very many in-your-face evidence.
Why cant God destroy him Satan?? Why does he rival with him/her on an equal footing?? (refer to the many posts on this subject).
As you can see with the editions (if they are true) the first lie was to create an unequal and unpararelled God, despite the fact that the
very books Genesis was hewn from gave a clear indication that satan did give life!!!
