For God so Loved the world that He gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life

How many verbs do we have in the above verse?
1. Love
2. Give
3. Believe
4. Reasoning from 1 and 2, we get a fourth one.

is a very familiar scripture, and very simple and direct...

The problem is that you didn't realise God's love was demonstrated by His act of giving. Simplying a message should not amount to misrepresentation.

One is saved by believing that Jesus Is the Son of God and that He died for our Sins..and was resurrected

If salvation is understood in literal sense, then belief must be defined.

So then what else is there that is Keeping you from enjoying the fact that you are a son Of God..

May you please describe the enjoyement you have in mind?

Dont let them tell you that your sins have taken you away from him after believing since even while you were still a sinner God Loved You...

Read the messages to the Seven churches in Revelation 2-3 for insight. Also read Hebrews 6 and 10:26. Your sins, simply put, can take you from God.

Get this God Loves you, he cares about yu and you are His son, by adoption..
Since you got there by adoption, as a gift,

If you love anyone, you will conform to the standards required to please them. You wont love your wife and dog, your son and kill him, your neighbour and gossip about him, yourself and harm your body. "If you love me, keep my commandments", Jesus said.

why then do you seek to prove your love to God in service to him in a hope of getting more marks,,

Read comments above, and also note the verbs I numbered that sprung from John 3:16. For God to show His love for the world, He gave His only begotten Son. The giving was practical and physical. It wasn't some faith in God or belief that He can give. Not some good feelings He had, but all those which ultimately were demonstrated by an actual giving of the Son, by the Son's actual and real physical life as a man, real sufferings, real pain, and real death. God's love was an action oriented love which your question tend to over look. Even if you lack good and nice feelings for your neighbour and he is going without food, give him the food...counts more than saying sorry or sympathising.

One would Have to be a rather cruel father to make you jump through hoops so that you can prove worthy to be his son.. God Loves us..

One would have to be a rather cruel son to make it insignificant direct commands from God. It would rather be an insult to my dad when by mouth I tell him how much love I have for him but I never do anything he tells me.

It is written that even the rather complex universe of stars was made so that it can just be a light to the world...

It is also written that the complex universe obey Him without question. Read God's questions to Job after Job pondered for days about God's dealings and love. Read the Psalmist praises to God, and Isaiah's great poetry to describe the heavens and the heaven of heavens. "Who can tell the great seas, 'thus far and no further?" The seas and stars obey Him, the winds and and the mountains too, but man want to live according to his own will because he is loved?

Stop your works and start thanking God for the gracious gift of salvation which you did not receive by working but by gracious faith,

Isn't praising not working? And what constitute praising? Singing, dancing, praying? Did you ever read about those who praise God by the lips but their hearts are far away from Him?

you observe days , funny funny traditions etc, just accept that you are accepted

This is rather ridiculous. Did you not read that some of the days observed were God ordained to be observed? Do you want to reason that God never loved the Israelites when He specifically demanded observance of many days? Did God start loving after Jesus' death at the cross? You will tell me that they were under the law and we are under grace. I will tell you that even Noah was under grace, that Moses saw God and God told him, "The LORD, the LORD God, merciful and gracious. Abundant in goodness and truth..." in Exodus 34 but still commanded him to direct the Israelites in observance of funny funny days. About days and other commands, you better go and find out why they were, or are, to be kept.

If I write this in second person it is that I need to be reminded about this Grace of God ,which is by faith, when I read the thread , a graceless christian is a defeated one...

You are setting yourself as the comparison which is not a Christian teaching. All comparisons for Christian believes, faith, works, grace, and salvation are in Jesus Christ.

It is good to know and experience God's grace by faith, but foolish to have a dead faith.
