The efforts are all geared towards to resettlement of the IDPs. Initially, the local MPs had resisted citing the feelings on the ground. Not much has been said as to why the sudden change of hearts by the politicians and the communities they seemed to have been speaking for. But for sure, there is need for peace keeping and peace building and especially at the community level. Are there plans like for community conflict mitigation, peace keeping and peace building?
