You're not answering the questions. What is the significance of Jesus Virgin birth in Islam if he was merely destined to be a prophet? And what changes were made in the Christian New Testament that warranted a need of a prophet to correct it?
With regards to your question about Melchisedec, you need to read the rest of Hebrews 7. He's not more unique than Jesus.
