THe prisons do not reformed as is supposed to be their purpose. Petty thieves end up becoming big time robbers. This is a fact that hardcore criminals recruit small time thieves to run errands for them once they are out.
And worse, the prison wardens know of it and are accomplices in some cases.
Currently, the prison wardens are on strike. Good for people to demand their rights. But what would a criminal in prison take of a prison warder (supposed to be his/her role model) think of when seen blocking roads with stones/boulders?

If Uni students are arrested for throwing stones and blocking roads/obstructing traffic along Uhuru Highway and they end up with the same prison warden who was blocking the road.....
