Shortage of classy African joints -

There is only one classy restaurant in Kenya that serves authentic indigenous meals: Amaica, in China Centre, Ngong Road. There you will get Luhya food, even the most bitter herbs, y'know the ones that make you impotent if you eat too much.
I hear there's another one near Hurlingham, I'm still searching.
Other African cuisine is just a little better, with a Nigerian restaurant in Valley Arcade, Ethiopian ones all over the place, a Ugandan one somewhere upstairs on Biashara Street, there used to be a Somali restaurant off Koinange St - near Delphis Bank but it is closed.
