gquest if those initial volumes are an indicator of what's to come, then I don't really expect much. Afrikan spirituality is extremely complex because there is no fine line between it and everday life unlike other (read: western) cultures. therefore, using it to push a communist agenda is just absurd IMHO (at least that's what i'm getting from the authors' arguments). i will read all the volumes eventually, but all i can say is that i'm not impressed with the "harsh", almost retaliatory(sp) delivery by some of the authors so far.
