I think you are right i see you like (some kind of fish or octopus) therefore i wont be able to answer you. The person here is either slippery or is not 'straight' if you will therefore you are avoiding any answer to the person even if you could have one. But ya it may refer to some context as well.
In TZ talking of a leso is to referring to a hand-kerchief i dont know the spelling. Kitenge is the dress won either by men or women but the clothe women tie around their waist called leso in kenya is called kanga in TZ. So watch your language.
