It's quite unfortunate the way violence and terror have featured more frequently in the religion of Islam (or maybe it's just the same). Still, there has got to be a better way to say what you're saying. I point to the aforementioned World Trade Center. In 01, judging from America's reaction, you'd have thought something substantial had been achieved for Islam. However, looking at the country now, they seem to have put the horror of the attacks behind them and moved on. If bin Laden wanted to break the American spirit, he failed. If his main objective was to tear down one of America's most iconic monuments and take a good number of lives in the process, then he achieved that - but I doubt that's all he wanted. There really has got to be a better, more creative way to air your grievances. I truly can understand that there are a great number of Muslim faithful who have been downtrodden and treated like unutterable garbage for their life. But flying a plane into a building? Nobody respects you for that...
