I'd think such evil e.g hardening pharaoh's heart are temporary measures to expose his powers. I doubt God creates pple to be homosexuals. They choose to be homosexuals.

I knew u'd go to the lucifer thing....but I still believe evil exists because of choice not genetic engineering. Satan too can avoid hell.
