RE: IS JESUS FOUNDER OF CHRISTIANITY? -

There was a Historian called Josephus who gives us the best extra-bibilical account of the ressurection. He wrote that the band of men and women who rolled with Christ were called the "Christian" tribe. The term Christian and indeed the religion was started by Jesus Christ and had started taking root in His lifetime. Pliney the younger also wrote about Christians at a very early stage.
Christianity has been changed, and notably by Emperor Constatine who's political move birthed the modern day Catholic church. What's interesting though is the Meru story of how we came about. It's a lot like Exodus and even though the Methodists came to Meru around 1912, the Meru religion dwindled in the early 1960s. Thus their story, which is a lot like the story of Moses, was not given to them by the hoonkies.
The hymn of Akhenaten is some what similar to Psalms 109. Actually there are word for word similarities in chapter 89 verse 36 and there are over 100 comparisons of the Sun to God in the bible. I'm on the brink of throwing in the towel here. The more I read, the more I get confused. Do we even know what exactly we are doing when we deligently trot to church every Sunday?
