The book is called "The great controversy". And actually they have some pretty good vegeterian meat nowadays. I am also in the process of switching to a vegeterian....but eat meat once in a while. My grandma loves meat but has lived into her hundred yr and still walks miles bila wheelchair. She doesnt eat oil and salt tho so that might explain.
