>It is ok to be angry. God himself gets very angry
@Keminokana,
pole to change the topic, but let me give you something to think about.
Can god get angry?
One of god's many attributes is that he is immutable, which means nothing about him changes. Like I wrote in an earlier post, humans change because we are not perfect. Therefore we can get angry, happy, sad, amused, etc. If a being is perfect, it CANNOT change at all. It can't get happier or sadder because ANY change to it's perfect state will render it imperfect. If god gets angry, then he has changed, and is no longer perfect, so he can no longer be god.
Also, saying that god gets angry is saying that god is driven by the same fickle whims that drive us humans. Which means also that god gets amused, bored, frustrated, disgusted, surprised, and the entire boat-load of human emotions.
Finally, god has known from time immemorial about everything that is going to happen. So, when it happens, how can it annoy him? Or amuse him? Can god laugh at a joke which he knew would be said, and which he knew the punchline to even before the joke was invented? Can god get very angry at me for committing adultery on Feb 17th 2005 when he knew from Jan 1st Infinity BC that I'd commit adultery then? I think not.
If god exists as defined by Christianity, then I don't think that it's possible for him to get any feelings that we as humans get, or to experience our type of mood changes. Plus, I'd think it's blasphemeous to give god human attributes like these.
