I wouldn't entirely trust in the bible as a source of information pertaining to the entire Life of Jesus Christ because it is abundantly clear that accounts of his life from his childhood to the true beginning of his ministry are absent. Therefore you can quote as much scripture as you desire but there is no documented evidence in scripture to counter Dan Brown's Assertions in the Da Vinci Code.
Having said this, I do not believe that whether Christ was married is of consequence to what his ministry was desired to achieve. So i say this, if he was married ...so what?? does that now mean that he was not who he said he was?? Does it give any less meaning to his ministry??
John 1:1-18 "1.In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God ...14.The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only..."
