Abstinence .............whats your decision? -

As former President Moi said, 'No one has ever died of abstaining from sex' ......... you can survive without sex!
I have just returned from a three week holiday back home. I visited many cities/towns but the climax was Kisumu district hospital ..... where once again I saw the cruel hand of HIV/AIDS on our nation.
Why abstain? Why wait?
1. Because your body is the temple of the Lord (1 Cor 6:19)
2. Because you want to please God (Rom 8:5-8)
3. Because you want to keep away from serious diseases, unplanned pregnancies and distorted relationships
How?
1. Guard your thoughts ....keep your mind free from immoral filth
2. Avoid situations that easily tempt you.
3. Stay sober.....avoid alcohol and drugs
4. Get positive support/cousel from parents, friends
