Only once in my life, have I encountered a Somali Christian. She was a beautiful blind girl who went to school in Egoji Meru. She was ostracized by her family because of her disability and religion. Other than her, I have always wondered if I would ever interact with another. The few Somalis I have met greatly disrespect Christianity and those affliated to it. Perhaps this air of disdain hinders an ordinary day to day relationship with the overly religious Somali.
