Almost every topic posted out there is bound to offend someone, so I think the answer is simple - if you see a topic that doesn't interest you or that you deem to be offensive, do not read it. That simple. If Satjas asks "Why did ayesha get screwed at the age of nine by Mo?" and you think that it's a topic that will really annoy you just ignore it and move on to the next topic. It's a free forum and people should be allowed to ask whatever they want, especialy about religion which is 99% belief and 1% fact-based, and so is subject to a lot of personal intepretation. We can't curtail other people's thoughts and freedom of expression just because what they think or say offends you.

All Satjas asked was why Mohammed had sex with a 9 year old girl, albeit in some flashier language. I think that's the issue at hand. It's a logical question seeing that he did marry her when she was 9, and various writings have indicated that he did consumate the relationship. I don't see how asking about it discredits and abuses Islam.
