Thanx y'all for the love and concern. I've spent leo fasting and sleeping. I watched some documentaries on the Sundance channel and I even found time to read my Bible. I found some very encouraging verses:

Hebrews 13: 9

Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.
