It is pitiful how she past but at least she went peacefully. Now the beef is about whether she should be cremated or buried. I swear Terri's husband must be in his lowest point right now. But we have to learn one thing from this case, had she written a Will when she was alive and active saying that should anything happen to her, one or two things must be done, the court-room battles and protests would never have occured.
