a statement like that one does not need to be contextualized for anyone to understand what it means......its plain and simple english........why even God does not require submission!!! True love does not hold on or have conditions....ANY conditions......One does not have to love another to be submitted to and vice versa.

Jesus christ did not love the chuch.....He loved God...please do not confuse between the church and God.....the church is not all encompassing whereas God is.
