Some men are terrified by the L word. My bf actaully told me he loved me first. It was early in our relationship and i was a bit freaked out, but I just told him that I liked him a lot but I wasn't sure if i could call it love at that point. Our relationship contined and eventually when I felt comfortable I said the 'L' word. Give the relationship some time and if he doesn't say it, then go ahead and say it. You need to know where the relationship is going. Just don't push it and let him know there is no pressure on him to feel the same way immediately or at all. For all u know he is scared of saying it and both of you are just tiptoeing around.
If you guys have been together a considerable amount of time if he is mature and the long-term kinda of guy he hsould be able to handle it
