The only solution is communication, communication and communication. Why dont you arrange a date once, get things going the way u want by taking control of things and while at it, let him know how you feel, how he feels and what u both would like to see happen but is not happening. Also, if he is a minute man, tell him to sustain himself....he will get the idea and men are very embarrassed to hear they are minutemen and will do anything to change that. Just sit and talk, if he doesnt listen and act, he should be out.
