I would like to give my honest opinion, BUT your story is full of hearsay and alot of 'hearing stories', 'smoke/fire', 'apparently', 'he brags...' etc that I can tell where the TRUTH starts.

Otherwise the best you can do is to lay the FACTS on the table and let her decide.

MORALS aside, you friend has only known this shaddy character for FOUR months and she is already having sex with him ..... worse, without any protection? Please recommend a HIV test.
