Commitment takes some period of time not just a couple of weeks. Not that men are scared of commitment but many women like insisting on it immediately after meeting and this is what scares us.

I thought commitment is supposed to come after you have been with your partner for some period of time and are ready to be more serious in the relationship.

We are not scared of commitment but please let things move in the required pace and commitment will come automatically :)
