from what i understand prostitution is legal in the UK. anyone who's been to london must have seen the red strobe lights on windows in central london.

here is the fine print
-the premises has to be licensed
-there are rules regarding advertising which they dont follow that is why phone booths are full of cards
-i think there are operating hrs. no 24 hrs
-girls should be legit not forced
-not more than 1 girl per premise

from what i've read, the kenyan woman had upto 14 women operating in her house at the same time. this is where she broke the law.
she also might have operated 24 hrs. she could also have been advertising in the phone booths. at least she did not have slave girls from eastern europe.
