Something tells me that authorities, give brothel owners/sex workers time to run their business successfully without interfering. Then they close in on them when the profits are on an all time high.

I'd be damned if they didn't let her off to do community service, so she can go back to the same bizz and they can catch her again.

The funny thing is that its so easy to catch this people, but they always give them space, false confidence not for the sake of catching them un aware but for benefiting on the authorities part coz they want the profits to ripen.

I think thats swindling money from offenders(i use this term losely because i think its relative) under the guise of the law.

I think from an ethical point, the govt. has no ethical right to confisicate and use the money gained from these businesses. Those sex workers should sue , coz its like they worked for the govt. indirectly.

I would like to know what they do with that money after selling off those assests. I think they should issue a stern warning, discontinue the business and let everybody either enjoy the profits they have made or burn the money (like back in the day when baba moi burnt the ivory tusks)

Crime has become an investment of sorts for them.
