AFFIDAVIT.
I,K.M.K, a.k.a,NDUU MWANA A NGUNGU,do make oath and state as follows:

1.THAT Iam an adult male of sound mind and disposition,the deponent herein hence competent to swear this affidavit.

2.THAT I swear this affidavit to let it be known that Iam sick and tired of the gross injustices in kenya,which have resulted with my father being thrown to jail for killing a wild animal which posed a threat to him and my family in down town MWINGI.

3.THAT,my dad is getting arraigned in court out of malice and out of discrimination by the KWS.

4.THAT,I NDUU, will do all it takes to retaliate.(a)And that now I understand why terrorists act the way that they do.(b)that given the chance I would and infact will try and kill anyone involved in injustices in kenya.

5.THAT,I hate kenya as a country and all its leaders and they should be killed.
